Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal officially opens the new youth centre in Hampshire, for the first aid charity St John Ambulance. The 1m purpose-built centre at Hawley Lane, Farnborough, offers young people the chance to try out a range of new sports and activities including archery, air rifle shooting and climbing. The Princess Royal, the charitys Commandant in Chief (Youth), will meet Cadets from St John Ambulance who will show her the many activities available to them including archery, shooting and climbing. She also saw the segregated sleep over rooms where cadets camp out on activity weekends. 17-9-09.
